Welcome to our repair and complaints service.
Please complete the following form so that we can process your case quickly. After submitting the form, you will immediately receive a repair order number by email.
Please use this number when returning goods and in all correspondence with us — this will enable us to clearly identify your enquiry and deal with it quickly.
Notes on processing:
- Returns without a valid repair order number cannot be processed.
- We are unable to repair devices that were manufactured more than five years ago (with the exception of ticketing systems). In this case, please contact your representative at ddm hopt+schuler or send an email to service [at] hopt-schuler.com (service[at]hopt-schuler[dot]com)
- If you wish to send in multiple serial numbers for a repair order, please enter all serial numbers in the free text field.
