As part of the ddm hopt+schuler card dispenser family, the 910-M carries the “M” for Mini in its name. It is the most compact member of the family. The magazine holds up to 150 plastic cards according to ISO 7810 ID-1 format.
The card dispenser meets all requirements for full processing of contactless cards according to ISO 14443, such as those from the MIFARE family. Alternatively, the dispenser can be equipped with a QR code/barcode scanner.
For processing, the contactless cards are separated from the stack using metallic fingers and transported into the processing area. This dispensing mechanism ensures reliable card separation even under challenging environmental conditions or when cards are dirty or sticking together.
After processing, the cards are either dispensed or rejected, for example into a collection tray integrated within the machine. If the optional card intake is installed, the device can also accept RFID cards, process them, and either return them to the user or retain them inside the system.
The 910-Mini card dispenser comes standard with an integrated RFID card reader for contactless cards compliant with ISO 14443. Upon request, this can be replaced with your own RFID reader, offering maximum flexibility in choosing your preferred RFID technology. Easy installation of your RFID reader and its corresponding antenna is ensured by a variable plastic mounting system.
