Manual Hybrid Insertion Card Reader 833

The manual hybrid insertion card reader 833 from ddm hopt+schuler, is specially designed for gaming and all applications with limited installation space. Its short design allows only partial insertion of a plastic card. The card reader is a versatile solution for card encoding and decoding for gaming and industrial applications.

 

Product Information

The hybrid insertion card reader can process all common card types either individually or in combination. For this purpose, the card reader can be equipped with magnetic head, chip contact and or RFID read and write module to process information from magnetic stripe cards, chip cards or contactless cards. Compared to other models of the card reader family from ddm hopt+schuler, the insertion card reader reads only 60%, of up to three tracks, of the corresponding track position of a magnetic stripe due to its shortened design. A bezel with coin block as well as an illuminated bezel is available for configuration.
