Job description
The Task
You are part of our production team and are responsible for repairing and converting ticket systems and card readers.
This includes the following tasks:
- Carrying out repairs and preparing repair reports
- Recognizing fault sources and defining corrective measures
- Carrying out and documenting fault analysis
- Collaboration with design and quality management
- Support in the assembly of samples and, if necessary, in series production
- Carrying out the final test of the individual devices to ensure functionality
- Collaboration in the assembly of ticket systems (prototype construction and series production)
- Creating work plans and work instructions
- Monitoring and compliance with key performance indicators with reporting to the production manager
- Support with expertise in the development (software and hardware) of new products, tools and auxiliary equipment
- Carrying out tests for prototypes with documentation of the fault analysis

The Requirements
You have successfully completed training as an industrial electronics technician, mechatronics technician, electronics technician, electrical engineer or comparable training.
You also have the following skills and knowledge:
- First professional experience is preferable
- Generally very good technical understanding of the interrelationships between electronics and mechanics
- Experience in assembly with a high product mix
- Enjoyment and fun in prototyping
- Further training and/or experience and interest in shopfloor management / lean management
- Sensitivity, calmness and patience in handling the assembly/repair of the smallest assemblies
- Commitment and team spirit
- Reliability and a sense of responsibility
- Independent, careful, goal-oriented and self-reliant way of working
- Confident handling of MS Office and ERP system
